It's not a surprise that NC soft's customer service is at the bottom of the list. Recently I was hacked (and no I dont share my account info) and had all my gear from three different account stolen and sold. I saw my things for sale and pleaded with NC soft to temp. ban the sellers account to prevent my items from being sold. At the end of the day, the thief made off with EVERYTHING and I was left with A grade common gear to replace my full S80/Full Epics/ and 3 diff s80 weapons among other s grade items on other toons. I pleaded with NC soft for a month and at the end of it all I was given the big middle finger and told tough crap. I came back and got most of my things back (with help from friends) but have sense been reading other similar issue on blogs with others from different servers. NC soft will never replace hacked gear if it is sold... Period.
I have read blog after blog email after email about NC soft lack of support for its NA player base. It's painfully obvious from every customer service standpoint immaginable that we as NA, dont mean anything to this company. So in my frustration I recently switched and tried Wow... yes I know its very care bear, HOWEVER.. the customer service is AMAZING. You get hacked, your gear is on your toon before you log in if the find out before you do. Blizzard will call you back if your disconnected, send you emails asking about your experience, it goes on and on.
The shame is NC soft makes great games, but the customer service leave you feeling like a piece of dried crap on the road. My 8 accounts are leaving and Ill be sure to cash out ASAP, NC soft may not miss my business but they wont get it anymore either. After all the stories similar to mine that I have read there wont be a Lineage 2 in the near future. Way to go NC soft ... your customer service sucks and youre killing your own games.
